Ian Tomlinson, Managing Director
Ian ensures the SecureCare team maintains the quality and care standards and code of ethics we have become renowned for that has underpinned our success.
Jonathan Hayton, Operations Director
SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed and Close Protection qualified, Jonny combines his extensive experience in communications (HM Forces), security and healthcare sectors to ensure SecureCare continues to develop it’s industry leading services and training.
Taslim Yakub, Finance Manager
Taslim has attained extensive qualifications and experience in finance after completing an MSc in in Molecular Genetics at the University of Leicester. Her attention to detail is second to none which serves to drive our continual improvements and compliance.
Simon Biggs, Operations and Training Manager
Simon has amassed over 15 years experience in the health care sector and holds a Level 4 Registered Managers Award in Care. He also holds several teaching qualifications and has over 8 years experience in delivering health and social care apprenticeships to Level 5.
Sarah Davison, Training Co-ordinator
Sarah’s care sector experience, aligned with her expertise in personnel based settings allows her to co-ordinate our CPD training and drive the professional and personal development of our own staff, as well as client staff.
Tony Beech, Compliance Administrator
Tony has extensive experience of working in clinical environments as a Healthcare Support Worker gained within a variety of NHS Mental Health and Secure Forensic Unit settings throughout the Midlands.
